Pray the Rosary, God knows and Creation knows the magnificent, mysterious love that binds all life together. We love with no limit and believe God has given us sovereign rule over all of creation. Let us enliven our hearts and minds with gratitude for Earth and Care for Creation. The Joyful Mysteries, Sorrowful Mysteries, Luminous Mysteries, Glorious Mysteries, are all Meditations for humanity. I have included a section on Visible Mysteries as well. Let us celebrate and enjoy what God handed into our possession, both physically and spiritually. The wisdom traditions throughout the world use the divine mother and the mystery of motherhood to unify their communities. Humanity’s capacity to nurture is unsurpassed. One minute of reflection for our planet today will benefit the generations to come. Humanity has always recited prayers for the sick, those in need, the broken and homeless. Our devotions are direct petitions to God for humankind. From generation to generation, we have prayed for brother and sister, wives and children, parents and neighbors, but left God to care for the environment. The Joyful Mysteries, Sorrowful Mysteries, Luminous Mysteries, Glorious Mysteries, are all Meditations for humanity. I have included a section on Visible Mysteries as well. There is a divine plan revealed through humanity, but who is taking care of Earth? Rosary Meditations and Care for Creation is a new version of the traditional Rosary prayed by Catholics for centuries. In these 50 pages, we come to appreciate our delicate and imperishable relationship to God and Planet Earth. The Rosary Meditations and Care for Creation is a new version of an ancient prayer form. It encourages us to be better servants of the natural environment. Mary is our intercessor who gives our wisdom and grace a human voice. Each of the sections; Joyful Mysteries, Sorrowful Mysteries, Luminous Mysteries, and Glorious Mysteries are written as brief prayers and meditations. Through Mary, the mother of our Lord, we beseech the creator for continued intercession for Earth for our benefit.

About the author

I have a mind full of classic and contemporary icon images, journals filled with words and concepts, it represents a cacophony of fragments brought together with the help of an editor.

I have used Lulu.com for self publishing and then of course Amazon to publish. Mostly this direction is the result of publishing full color books. Publishers are not willing to take a risk because of the expense. Up until now, I have been offering my words and images to a nitch market. The dedication and commitment for Iconography and prayer, comes from my heart and mind.

Getting up at night and writing or painting an idea down is delight. It is common for most artists to work alone fro long periods of time. In the middle of a the inspiration and work we fine out it is not always the middle, creative things happen, we let go of one direction, and wonder off the landscape of the initial outline. My advice is be faithful to your heart.

The latest book In Light of Women is about the absence of women in iconography, and their silent voices in the Christian church. The book includes the images from my latest collection of original icons. They have been a delight to see in print.
