Nurse LaLa is a brave and determined young woman who overcame her fears and insecurities and pursued her dreams of becoming a nurse. She shares personal challenges, choices and experiences which provided powerful life lessons for her. Readers will be proud to learn that her military experience and service to this country made her even more determined to reach her goal. By serving others, she developed a passion to SAVE LIVES. "It gives me purpose and I enjoy every aspect of it,” says Nurse LaLa.
“Lessons Learned” are included, which offer affirmation and encouragement to young people as they consider future possibilities and career goals.
