I hated this book because I hate cockroaches. But my 4yo picked it out and enjoyed it and it was informative so I won't dock it stars due to my dislike of roaches. Lol

EWWW gross! As much as I hate cockroaches, I read this book with my son and it was pretty interesting. The glossary in this book has a picture to go with it for learners who need a visual of what they are learning about. The book has very large real life photos of cockroaches and their babies. Although gross, the book has the basic info if you ever wanted to know a little about them. Great for young readers or a small science project on insects and a part of the Blastoff Level 1 Readers series.
