I currently run one of the most successful real estate teams in the country and our team utilizes the sales approaches found in this book; they are based on Biblical principles. 10+ years ago I had a crisis of faith as I learned how to be a successful salesperson while wrestling with dishonest techniques to make a sale. This book is a deep dive into what I learned during these struggles and core reason my business is a success today.
So many easy to follow, core concepts in this book - mixed with an encouraging yet realistic approach. I'll certainly be implementing the ideas, keeping the positive attitude, and working even more on consistency.
This is a good book. I've been in the real estate industry for 18 years, and Barry's attitude towards real estate sales is spot on. It's an easy read and has a ton of great strategies and techniques for selling real estate while holding onto your ethics. It's definitely worth reading.
Quick read, actionable items at the end of each chapter, great mindset shifts- over all I recommend this to any real estate agent starting or looking to get better!
