Frankie's Confections

Frankie Jo Marchio loves to bake….and box. She is not waiting on prince charming to sweep her off her feet. If Frankie needs rescuing, she'll ride her own horse and do her own sweeping.

Frankie's bakery is trending. The problem is that she does not like attention. So how does she end up hosting her own baking show while fighting the inner demons of her past? As lost memories fight to reveal themselves to her, she uses her hands to both destroy and create. The more Frankie tries to hide in the background, the more the spotlight shines on her.

Since she kissed him in high school, Tony Devono has been in love with his best friend's sister. Frankie Jo wants nothing to do with him now, but Frankie's meddling grandmother has her own plans. Mary Marchio hires Tony to remodel the family kitchen with the help of Frankie. Unfortunately, the only heat between them comes from the oven he's installing.

Welcome back to Vineyard Seeds, where the Marchio family has seen its fair share of drama. This year is no different. While running a vineyard, a restaurant, and a bakery, the Marchios tackle long-hidden secrets and family fun. Enjoy a visit with this loveable and entertaining Italian clan from West Virginia as they determine whether forgiveness is sweeter than revenge.

Frankie’s confections is the latest in the Vineyard Seeds series. This may be my favorite in the series. Frankie is spunky and looking to take charge while overcoming a rough time in her life. She loves her family but wants to independent and is using her talent of baking to do just that. Love the characters in this story. You can read it independently but reading the other books in the series Future Flotus and Ruthie’s Daughter just let’s you really fall in love with the characters and family. Fantastic read - highly recommend!

Another amazing book in the series! You’ll have trouble putting it down and finding yourself staying up WAY too late to finish it ! The author makes you feel like you’re apart of the story. Such a great book!!
