Little Lettie has a question for her parents: “How did I come into the world?” The tale begins during a turbulent time for the Fisalis manor—weddings and adoptions and childbirth, oh my! Between all these delightful shake-ups at the estate, Viola and Cercis find themselves starting to long for a little one of their own. In the meantime, the couple gets invited to the Argenteia family’s housewarming for their brand new villa—only for Viola’s très expensive Viola Eye jewelry to get stolen amid the festivities! Who could the culprit be?! Just like everything else with this duo, the story of the days leading up to Violet’s birth is one full of ups and downs!
Volume 8 in the series, and this volume focuses on Lettie's question to her parents, "How did I come into the world?"
From there, the story begins as always in the Fisalis manor, where Viola's secret is revealed to Cercis, about assisting the maids in the manor! Along with this, we also learn that Rohtas has a secret girlfriend and that he also quietly supports an orphaned relative. The pressure of suddenly having a child comes through when Mimosa gives birth to her child.
In the meantime, the couple gets invited to the Argenteia family's housewarming for their brand new villa, but during their stay, Viola's "Viola Eye" jewellery gets stolen during their stay, with everyone who has followed the couple to the manor, begin to look for the culprit.
And predictably, as everyone would already expect, the story ends with the days leading up to Violet's birth.
This was a very cute story, showing us the leading up to little Lettie's birth, and look forward to the next volume.
