In order to make his dreams of owning a strip club a reality, TK finds himself moonlighting at his father’s sex shop from time to time. When circumstance leads him to working the front desk, it’s there that he meets the very impressionable Jholee. After realizing that Jholee isn’t cut out for being a sex worker, he trashes her application and literally takes matters into his own hands.
Jholee and TK’s worlds collide faster than they both would like to admit, but just as there are things keeping them together, there are just as many pulling them apart, including but not limited to Jholee’s best friends, Riley and Octavia, her parents, TK’s parents, and TK’s girlfriend Cheyenne. Wtf
I’m not really feeling this book. This book is starting to be like all the other books that I read. Young, gullible and bird brain females who can’t seem to stand up and see their self worth. Manipulation! I can’t believe that Jholee was so stupid and barely knew Tk, but let him take advantage of her. Chet would have caught these slugs cause who got time for her delusional self. Jholee kept getting herself in bs situations and learning nothing from it. How was she so desperate to sell her virginity for her family? Why was she the only person willing to make sacrifices. Did her mom not work? Riley was a snake from the beginning and I knew not to trust her. Major surely wasn’t worth a flip. The only person that I truly felt had Jholee’s back and best interest at heart was Octavia. This storyline pissed me off, but I’m gonna finish the series.

Jholee too dumb and naive for me. TK’s gf Chey beat yo ass, he sleeping with your bestfriend Riley, you KNOW he sleeping with both and that’s who you want to give your virginity to, that’s who you choose to fall for? She could’ve been done with him easy since it was early in their relationship. It had only been a few weeks when she learned all this and she continued to be a dummy, mind you he ain’t even give her no d*ck yet. I’m not understanding how him and Major was different. He and TK situations were exactly the same! They were both dealing with the same two women being Jholee’s back lol. Huh. They were both trying to get with her naive self. I tried to read more of this authors catalog after the Bailey series, but noooo thank you.

Not sure how I feel
This was, not sure 🤔 but I will say I didn’t like how Nieve Jo was. I usually don’t like books like this. Not sure I like this one either. Going to continue reading the series. Like 22, get on a plane to sell you virginity, to a man in a foreign country. Sounds like she maybe mentally challenged. Not sure why the author thought this would be a good look for a 22 year old. Because she’s a virgin doesn’t mean she has to be dumb.

Man, I missed these two. I still hate how naive Jholee is. She has a friend for snake and the guy you supposedly dating is messing not only with your friend but also sack chasing Chey. TK knew he had to be gentle with Jholee. Can't wait to see TK come and save Jholee because his momma and Chey up to their nasty tricks.

that was great
This is actually my second time reading this series. It was accidental but I remember how good this was reading about young naïve Jholee. She’s so sweet it’s sickening bcz her dad was a ruthless street king before a critical car accident. I’m off to book 2 you start this one and catch up you won’t be disappointed.

This was such a good story. Omg Jhloee was so gullible. She just keeps getting herself in dangerous predicaments. I am glad that she finally stood up for herself. I hope she can get out of the mess she’s in. Heading to part 2!

Jholee is so naive, but she was loyal to her family. Her mom could have gotten a job instead of being bitter at a man she took back after his betrayal. Sabrina is disgusting as a woman. Chey needs psychological help and Riley is a snake. On to part 2.
