entertaining Supernatural Cozy mystery series

This is an entertaining supernatural cozy mystery series. This is a story that takes place on a small group of islands somewhere off the coast of America. A young woman who used to live in the United States on the East Coast a breeder to sell and moved to this island and she bought a small café and soon realize that it was a bit more involved. She was magically drawn to this island because it is where she was actually born and her family left in a very young age. She is now the peacekeeper that keeps all the treaties in place among all the different islands in their people. She works together with a local sheriffs office and she has a guardian that helps protect her while doing her duties. There’s a lot more to the story but you will have to begin it book one and read on to get all the little details. Once again Sadie is thrown into a mess on the island and must figure out what’s going on who is involved and who’s causing all the trouble. It’s a great cast of characters and an entertaining storyline but a fun read. Check it out

On the good side Sadie now has an engagement ring. On the not so good side Fitz, the shifter cat, seems to be getting too much into being a cat and now really being that interested in changing back to his human form.

There's a dead guy in an tomb (a relatively fresh dead guy, that is). There's also a time where she and Ryder are in a truck when something goes majorly wrong.

The question is whether it was an accident or something done to the truck on purpose. And if that, then who did it?

There's signs of an ominous betrayal in the future for Sadie but nothing more specific as to who will betray her and why.

Then there's the problem that could erupt into a major challenge and that is when hunters show up to take down werewolves, something which could upset the balance in the town significantly.

Fitz, meanwhile, has to decide which way he wants to go. Shifter or permanent cat.

A lot is happening in this book and there's potential for major trouble in the future for Sadie, Miller and others. Very good read.

The Missing Tenant . . .

Sadie Alden is trying to get her familiar, Fitz, out of her house before he drives her crazy. He is stuck in cat form, unable to get his shifting ability back. And the longer he stays in cat form, the less he is interested in becoming human again.

So Sadie starts looking for the perfect apartment for Fitz. She finds one that has a sudden vacancy. Oddly the previous tenant is missing, although no one seems upset about that. Then Bert’s dead body is found inside a tomb with a wound on his forehead, so everybody becomes a suspect. When Miller has to attend a bachelor party, Sadie is on her own to find the killer. Can she get the job done without putting herself in danger?

There was so much going on here I almost stopped to take notes! Grab your copy and see if she gets herself into trouble while trying to go solo on the case.

It is tough to move forward when all around you are trying to hold you back, something our heroine is finding out the hard way.

This is book eleven of the series, but it works just fine as a standalone.

This is a cozy witch mystery. It may be a new year, but a lot of the old troubles are still around. The story is well written, easy to read with a heavy dose of mystery and intrigue. The characters are well developed and definitely the star of the show as they bring all the action, mystery and humor to the fore. There is a lot of intrigue in this one with many parties with different agendas. The mystery is good with enough twists and turns to keep the reader entertained. Overall, another great entry in the series and I look forward to seeing more.

Highly recommended.

Sadie is facing some new challenges. With Fitz still not shifting, and Miller growing more into his werewolf and sheriff roles while living with her, dynamics are changing.

Ryder seems to be getting along better as a vampire, but will the hunter in him support Sadie or destroy what is most dear to her?

Conflicts of interest and secrets hidden among members of her personal tribe.

Adding the wedding and wedding prep for Brielle to the mix- kinda explosive.

Murderous mayhem is already present. Is war at hand as well?

intense ongoing drama and action

miller is put with the guys on a last fling of paintball gaming before he gets married. Sadie is out with the girls when she finds a body. She finds out the person who died us the same one who is missing from his apartment while she is looking for an apartment to for Fritz. Meanwhile her aunt sage has a vision that Miller has been shot with a silver bullet. And Ryder's brother may be involved. It gets even crazier as the story goes along. It was really good. I can't wait to find out what happens next!

This series is getting stupid. It is like the author doesn't know what she is going to do with the characters. She doesn't want to make a choice and stick to it, uncertain of where the story is going and ending up. When this series started it was really good, with lovable characters, then the author decided to change a few of the main characters. Now they suck! I am almost certain the author is unsure of where to go with them. Love this one or that one, then making them change into characters that are stupid. I think I am done with this series, very disappointing!

I love this series I just can't get enough of Sadie and the other characters. I love that even if I happen to miss one of the books I can keep up because there is a new mystery in each book that doesn't transport to the next.

Amazing entry in the Hallow Haven series. May be my favorite book yet. Miller and Sadie are engaged but it seems that some of the residents are not too happy about that and the fact that he is now an Alpha Male and some of the residents try to take him out in spite of the treaties that are in place and should protect him. Looking forward to seeing what happens next.

Things got CRAZY in this book! Who is good? Who is bad? Which side is everyone on? And who is the “she” in the last sentence of the story? I’m going to be biting my nails until the next book!

Unexpected

It was totally unexpected twist in this book, out of all of these books this one is far better than the last 10 books! Think I know what will happen and who Sadie saw towards the end but I will keep that to myself.
