Eric Layer does an excellent job of inspiring funeral directors to remain relevant in a changing world.
The cultural shift away from the traditional funeral has been expanding for years.
Eric's experience in the funeral industry and his business acumen allow him to craft a compelling message which is indisputable. Those suffering a death in their families often need a more expansive array of services, especially concerning estate settlement guidance.
In my opinion, Funeral Directors who earn the Certified Executor Advisor designation are well-positioned to serve families best. There are over 1,500 CEAs across Canada, and the innovative course has recently been launched in the U.S.
