It was good to see "drafts" of Van Gogh´s work, that he is not only the one behind the uniquely perfect paintings but also observer of daily life, besides prerequisities to his famous paintings and figures also whatever what crossed his sight, sceneries of Paris and Antwerp, random things like chicken or a dog, many feet studies, nice to see also different drawing styles and his unique talent of observing his surroundings

Genuinely one of the most ingenious and schizophrenic books ever (COMPLIMENTARY). Like as a book it’s so strange but something you can’t help but respect. Conceptually one of the most interesting books ever and the person who compiled all of this - Johannes van der Wolk you sir FOREVER have my respect 😭😭😭🤝🏾❤️👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾.

The last chapter or so is so interesting and also really just triggered and inspired so many ideas that will hopefully be on the way someday.
