This book was a short but great read! If you are a student minister, Pastor leading youth, adult worker, or just involved with youth students I recommend reading this! Dr. Richard Ross (with others) put together an excellent resource to evaluate yourself as a leader and the church’s youth group. This book also provides excellent goals to implement into your churches youth group to raise Christian leaders!
