New to me Author
Wow this was such a good book even though I never read the first 3 books. I really enjoyed the story of James / Priest, Clara and Sapphire. Each of them brings something unique to the story. We get enough background to be able to dive in and not feel as if we are missing something. Sapphire is hells on wheels who does not think through her actions. Clara is a beautiful soul and I'm glad she was not left on the side. I love James, he is a big softie when it comes to his girls.

Don't get me wrong, I LOVE this series, and I did enjoy this book. But we need to have a discushy scush, mkay?
Loved the storyline, BUT where did that FF scene come from?! There was no build up, at all. There was build up for Saph & Priest. But not for Clara & Saph?! They felt super thrown together, and not in a good way. They could have been built up a little more.

brilliant
I have to say I wasn’t sure about this book in the series but I loved it. I did cry a little couldn’t help it. I love how Priest puts the mischievous ladies in check
