Career Helium: How to Float Past Others in Your Quest to Reach the Top

Rate this book
Written in a story format and grounded in successful business practice, this inspirational career guide will change the way readers view work and teach them how they can accelerate their rise up the corporate ladder. Those who really achieve superior recognition and reward in the workplace manage their boss, their relationships, and their environment more consciously and proactively than those who simply focus on job performance. Neither a set of gimmicky rules nor and endorsement of plain hard work, this book teaches how to harness the invisible element that lifts readers to their highest job potential.

I’ve read quite a few self-help/career development books. I liked this one because it’s written more as a novel/story than a “how to get your career moving” protocol. Short, enjoyable, definitely worked for me.
