Journey Forward: How to Use Journaling to Envision and Manifest the Life You Always Wanted

Rate this book
Journey Forward is a collection of future-looking journal entries. Instead of focusing on yesterday and what has gone by, use these entries as imaginative writings of a desired best life.

The authors present weekly journal entries with reflections and action items that abide by the Law of Attraction, the Growth Mindset theory, and the Reticular Activating System science. Journey Forward illustrates, using 55 examples, that where we are in the flesh today does not have to be our life sentence. Journey Forward confirms the phrase, "as a person thinketh in their heart so are they."

If you are battling depression and anxiety, Journey Forward could also be a valuable tool.

Finally, there is a book from a relatable, everyday person, someone who, like you, understands that the mind does not place any limitations on our dreams. Journey Forward confirms that we alone put restrictions on our reality when we unnecessarily limit the boldness of our aspirations. Using this book, you'll learn how to remove the limitations on your mind so that you can begin the journey forward towards life's most imaginative possibilities.

I found this book really good and thought provoking. It involves manifesting your future rather than thinking and dwelling on the past.
It was a terrific book to improve your life with positive thoughts and dreams.
Thanks to Netgalley and Books GO Social for the ARC Copy. This review is my own opinion.

This one wasn't for me. It's an interesting concept but I didn't really enjoy the entries or the style. It may better suit others. Have a flick through before buying.
