I will be doing a review of this series. It's aimed at kids 6-12 and I have some thoughts on it.

The 2nd book in the series is as good as the first one. I was excited to see that there were more challenges Zack had to face alone on the Constellation. The problems added a thrill of excitement but were not scary. This would be great for kids who are sensitive to scary things but love space. I like how book 2 added more depth to the character's personalities. If you haven't read the 1st book, you could still pick up this book as the author explains a bit about what happened during the first book. We read this as a family read-aloud, and I will be adding it as independent reading for my 8-year-old for his school work this summer.

Love this series!

My 9 year old and I absolutely loved this book. I was just planning on reading a few chapters of book 1 in this series out loud to my son, but we just couldn't put it down. Not only that, but as soon as we finished book 1, I immediately purchased book 2 and we read that one together as well. We can't wait to read the next book in this series, but I think that will have to wait until tomorrow.

My daughter took time to grasp it but now with 7 years is really enjoying the book and asking for more.

It has become a small ritual to read a little bit of the book everyday.

We are lucky to have the rest of the series already.
