Tulum, Mexico - Archeologist Ayla Brown , at the request of a colleague, joins an expedition to a newly discovered ruin deep in the jungle. A Universal Code is what should be protecting earth from alien invasions, but there’s always a few rebels who want to cut corners.

A great sci-fi novel for those like me who don’t/can’t read space opera. Involves first contact, conspiracy theories, and ancient ruins.

A very long book.
