I was surprised at how much I enjoyed Can-Do Real Estate: Stable Success From The Ground Up by Ali Jamal. Over the course of the book, the author tells us a little of his family history, as well as his own. From that, we begin to understand his drive and sense of ethics.
From a very young age, he had goals for his life (like owning a blue sports car). His family, especially his mother and uncle, encouraged to reach further and helped shape those ideals.
The book is very well written and organized. Most chapters end with "Lessons Learned," so that we can recreate the success he's had. Some of those lessons talk about the following:
Sales is about asking questions.
There is no substitute for hard work.
Practice self-assessment, especially after a crisis.
The best teachers are experience and reading.
Being a social entrepreneur is as much about heart as it is about money.
He ends the book with an invitation to work with him. At that point, you might be so motivated that you can't wait to reach out to him.
I highly recommend this book to entrepreneurs, especially those with an interest in real estate, as well as business leaders in any field.

Insightful!
"Can-Do Real Estate" by Ali Jamal was very informative. I recalled how a family member of mine had tried flipping houses and it just did not work out for him. After reading this book, I began to see that some things could have been done differently. I liked the fact that Mr. Jamal gave personal information from how he began to where he ended up. He speaks about how one, if they are interested in taking out a loan, should basically read the fine print. I also appreciated the fact that he described how his first jobs helped him learn something new each and every time. Even though I am not into real estate, just the title caught my interest enough to want to take a peak. I ended up reading it all, and learned something from it that I can use in my own life. Although this book does go into details about real estate specifically, the reader can still take away some business-savvy tips to help them. I liked it so much, I would recommend it to anyone.

This masterpiece is truth telling on top of its basic but excellent technical foundation. All the tips are painfully accurate. Like so many others, I thought the book was very straight forward and informative. But what I liked the most were the questions and answers and also the references to other works, to help me really understand and apply the principles.
I really appreciate the writing style of the author, Ali Jamal; his practical and detailed advice and experience help people not make the same mistakes he has made. To be totally honest, I also enjoyed how he explains a complicated concept. Investment books can be dry but this one is easy to read and engaging. It's broken down into digestible chapters which makes it easy to understand.
Without any doubt, I highly recommend this thought-provoking book to any kind of reader.

he has been able to express that in 13 interesting chapters.
The main focus of this book is shedding light into how to build real estate investments from the ground up and the author does so by showing lessons and strategies he has learned and put into practice. He is, in a way, paving the way for those, like me, interested in this field. I thank author Jamal for being so generous to share this information which saves me a lot of time.
The narrative is easy to follow; I didn’t need to know so much about the topic in order to get what he was conveying. The fact that he has written this in the first person is also a plus. Totally recommended!

Jamal entered the Real Estate world at a very young age. Also, from a very young age he had a taste for luxury, and with this lifestyle in his mind he ran risks in order to become wealthy.
His methods may not attract everyone, but might help more than one to fulfill their dreams. His story is interesting to read, too, and this is why I recommend this simple, short reader.

Not only is Can do real Estate the name of the book but it is also the approach that Jamal Ali has adopted to become who he is nowadays, a wealthy and successful businessman. In this interesting book, he carefully describes this approach which puts forward the idea of taking action as its main principle. Jamal Ali started his career at an early age and had to overcome many obstacles to reach his objectives. Yet, determination, healthy ambition and the support of his family have played a significant role. As well as including some personal background, he suggests some effective and realistic strategies to become good at real estate. Jamal is clear and concise, which makes it easy to follow and to understand. I really enjoyed reading it.

Jamal details his initial experiences in investing in real estate and how he came to be successful. For a time, I was interested in the different types of investments, when I came across Ali Jamal's book “Can-Do Real Estate”, which I must admit is very interesting. Author Jamal teaches us how to make different types of investments to increase rental rate of return, how to create investment opportunities and how to create a team from scratch.
With a fairly original approach, author Jamal shows us that it is possible to go from earning a minimum wage to owning a real estate investment company. One of the things that I liked the most about this book was that at the end of each chapter the author included the lesson learned as a summary.

A must read!
For those who need a switch in their life, this is the perfect book. “Can-do Real State” is a very concise but helpful reading written by Ali Jamal. I really liked it! I found interesting ideas and useful pieces of advice that anyone who wants to invest in something must bear in mind.
What is important, or at least the message that I learned after reading it, is that I should stay focused and work on my driving force if I yearn to achieve any goal. It is well-explained and developed. Everything is easy to understand and to apply in real life. So, if we are interested in investing, this is a must. I highly recommend it!

The author Ali Jamal recounts his early days as a teenager as he is given advice from his family who steer him away from buying items that quickly depreciate (like a car) and towards real estate. HE then goes on to share all that he has learned in his years of investing in real-estate. He gives pros and cons, and even debunks some common myths.
This is certainly a great book for anyone with some starting capital and looking to invest in the real-estate market. I don’t think anyone looking for pointers to save money to start will get anything out of it. As such, it was nice to see the American real-estate market through the eyes of an immigrant and how they can bring their unique spin to things.

The economy fluctuates a lot, and even more in this scenario we are living, where a pandemic can change a lot in a short period of time.
I have always wanted to have more knowledge in real estate in order to be more independent and get more value out of my savings. I think this is a very well explained guide on everything we need to know and follow to little-by-little start succeeding.
I also liked that author Ali Jamal experienced all of these situations, transmitting all of his knowledge in the area based on his own experience. And in this case, I do value the experience a lot.

“Can-Do Real Estate” by Ali Jamal is a good book but it was a bit slow at first, anyways then I really liked it. In this piece of writing, the author begins telling how he made his great fortune, going from earning a normal salary to being a millionaire. But that is not all, he shares his experience and his knowledge and gives useful pieces of advice to put into practice immediately.
Something important to mention is that he uses everyday vocabulary, so for me, that I am not very into the subject, it was really easy to follow. I highly recommend it. It is a must read for everyone.
