The author, Whitney Ward, does a great job with taking the equipment and stages of mountain climbing essentials and uses that as her story backboard for the physical health related mountains she has had to climb. The strong analogy is well crafted into her own story of challenges. She also includes others that faced their own serious mountains.
This is a great resource book if you know someone facing any of life's challenges. Get a copy and you will be thankful that you did! I highly recommend it!
