A bit off
Rrcipes sound good. There are a few I would like to try. I have other cookbooks by this author and I have the same comments forthem all. I am an experienced baker but would still like to see pictures of the finished product. Some of the directions leave questions and a picture would help. In this book, there is one recipe with the picture of the cookies. It is the shortbread recipe. It shows what looks like well made round drop cookies but the directions say to press the dough into a o inch plan, prick with a fork and bake. Then cut into squares. I prefer the drop cookies in the picture but that is not an option in the directions. I find the cokkbooks by this auther are all a bit off.
