Will Scott’s The Gift of Culture explains how the Culture Fix framework can be applied to embed values within an organization and therefore significantly improve its culture. Through a detailed case study, the book illustrates a very thoughtful process to culture transformation, aimed at both practitioners and potential clients.
Note: the book focuses primarily on creating a values framework and implementation system.
Complement with the Culture by Design by David Friedman, which takes the concept of values further into behaviors that provide a more reliable means to define and foster a workplace culture.

Had the pleasure of meeting Will in person and got to know about his book. Really easy read, easy to follow along. Loved it !
