Lots of typos and kind of redundant but I still learned a lot as a spiritual noobie and will be coming back to this book frequently as I learn to mediate and connect to my higher self.

The content is interesting, but the writing could be much better, not to mention the grammatical and spelling errors throughout the book

Interesting read

Very Interesting read. And there are a lot of mediations in this book available that are very detailed. Explanations are very simple and a lot of examples.
