Great content!

I loved the book and content, made me think through my own processes and want to own the leadership aspect even more with PM.
One think that could put it over the top, more examples, graphics, something that has more than just the words since we are all different learners.

Great resource for PM’s!

This is a wonderful reference for people managers and project managers. It was thoroughly researched with extensive references. I also like the real world examples.

A Well Managed Read

A great book written by the Ready Set Agile team. It is a winner. The book invites and guides you toward being a knowledgeable and capable leader. It is loaded with valuable information on areas , such as problem solving and team building. It is well researched with easy to read references, glossary and footnotes.
