i literally love this fic sm, i read it like 3 times already and it just gets better and better. i loved their dynamic and how they “inspired” each other while writing the song.
dazai spiraling into bad place after filming the film made me sob but i loved how he actually worked at himself after chuuya confronted him.
and the awards scene? dazais speech literally left me speechless.
in conclusion i love this fic with my entire being🫶

AY AMÉ MUCHO ESTE FANFIC!!!

es que es muy lindo y tierno a pesar de todo el angst que había, JAMÁS SUPERARÉ EL DOLOR DE ESA CENA DIOSITO CÓMO LE VAS A DECIR A CHUUYA QUE NO ES SU CULPA QUE ÉL SE HAYA ENAMORADO DE VERDAD DE TI, DAZAI, TE QUERÍA QUITAR LOS TESTÍCULOS, y por eso y más claramente dolían algunas partes pero otras me reconfortaban muchísimo, además que estaba basado en las canciones del seiyuu de chuuya y fue toda un experiencia religiosa escucharlo cantar cada que mencionaban una canción.

LO MEJOR DEL FIC ES QUE FUE DESDE EL POV DE CHIUYA DIOS GRACIAS POR ESTAS MÁS 100K PALABRAS SÓLO DE ÉL.

Me divertí muchísimo con los tweets y lo esquizofrénicos que son los fans, quien eran? yo.

LA ESCENA DEL BAILE Y BESO EN LA LLUVIA SENTÍ TANTAS COSAS EN ESE MOMENTO, SON LO MÁS BONITO.

Y EL FINAL JAJAJAJAJA FUE TOTALMENTE TAN DAZAI PUBLICAR UNA FOTO CASI ENCUERADOS DUERMIENDO EN SU CAMA CASUALMENTE, y la descripción decía:

”quién necesita un oscar cuando tengo a chuuya?“

Ugh my review feels really harsh but to be honest this fanfic didn’t really make me feel what I wanted too. I guess it was predictable?

The writing was great! I definitely noticed a few cliches but that’s to be expected. I definitely have a whole “it’s not you, it’s me” feeling towards this fic.

It was heavily recommended to me after I finished the phenomenal ‘I was screaming your name through the radio’ but this piece felt much less thought out. I heavily appreciated the references to real songs, but it just didn’t do it for me.

Soy más de hurt/no comfort que de hurt/comfort porque #masoquista, pero la verdad muy bello todo. Aunque el angst no fue mucho, lo cierto es que sí logró hacerme sufrir.
Tuvo escenas divertidas, caóticas e intensas y en cada una de ellas pude sentir las emociones de los personajes.
Puedo decir muchas cosas más, sin embargo creo que prefiero dejarlo en que me gustó bastante y definitivamente es una historia que volveré a leer.

The writing was good, but it was predictable. I got annoyed by some grammatical errors, but all in all it was enjoyable.

I also liked that it was fluffy, contrasting I was screaming your name through the radio. I like that it’s two similar, but different fanfics that I can read depending on my mood
