Ik heb het boek 3 of 4 jaar geleden op de boekenmarkt gekocht, van de auteur zelf. Sinsdien in stukjes en beetjes gelezen. Ik verlang ook naar het noorden, maar ik blijf ook graag thuis. Door dit boek heb ik toch het gevoel door scandinavie gereisd te hebben. Momenteel ben ik zijn reizen samen met google streetview en google earth nog aan het nadoen, ook leuk.

I met this author at a fair, where I bought this book which bundles three of his works. His writing definitely is not my taste. Excessive information stringed together with some grumpy worldviews. Some parts were nice, mostly the pieces where he actually described his journey. But honestly, I only got to page 250 and I gave up. Not my cup of tea I guess.
