Grant Me a Higher Love: How to Go from the Relationship from Hell to One that's Heaven Sent by Scaling The Ladder of Love
For those readers searching for more meaningful relationships, Grant Me a Higher Love by Cindi Sansone-Braff proves to be a moral compass to divine, powerful love. This easy-to-follow, nineteen-step program cuts through the myths, false beliefs, and dogma that keep people trapped in unhappy relationships, and can teach anyone how to go from “the relationship from hell” to one that is truly heaven-sent. Starting from the premise that there are but two paths in life—that of fear and that of love, with wisdom and clarity this book teaches the art of unconditionally loving another with your entire heart, soul, mind, and body. All-encompassing in its scope but simple in its philosophy, this journey to love begins with self-knowledge and inner peace.

Wow... as with Cindi's other book (which I'd recommend reading as a preface to this one), the words I feel describe Grant Me a Higher Love best would be "divinely powerful". Also: eye-opening and potentially life-changing - depending on how much inner work one is willing to do. Because essentially, to meet and keep the person of your dreams, you first have to become one. (Or the closest possible anyway :))
To get the negatives out of the way, it felt at times repetitive and I found myself disagreeing with a couple of minor points, but on the whole, this book resounded as very true as to what love is and what it isn't (although one could argue that in the end, both serve the same purpose, so love really "is everything there is").
It was consistent with what I have learnt elsewhere, be it philosophical, religious, psychological, esoteric or fictional works - or in life. This one is definitely the most practical of them. You'll find a bit of theory here (ecclectically ranging from ancient Greece to Jung or tantra) and lots of references to further sources, but mostly it's a step by step workbook helping you manifest true love in your life.
Even if you don't believe in karma or reincarnation or a higher power, you will find useful things in here. And even if you are already familiar with spiritual concepts like soulmates, you'll surely discover something new :).
Definitely recommended for anyone wishing to master the mystery of love.

Grant me a Higher Love was exactly what my soul needed after my 2017 breakup. At one point in my life, I thought I’d never get over it but then my angels guided me to this book which helped me become the best version of myself. Grant me a Higher Love taught me everything I needed to know about love. So many things I didn’t learn during my 26 years of my life. It made me want to want love but true and unconditional love. I had confused drama with love. I learned that not all relationships are meant to last. I learned that sometimes enough is enough and most importantly i learned to love myself. Natasha loves Natasha :) I am just fascinated about soulmate love and this book explains everything you need to know about it.
I don’t know who might need this but give it a chance and take your time to read the whole book and complete the LoveWork Assignments at the end of each chapter. I used to go to coffee shops every weekend. I put Grant me a Higher Love book next to my bed to remind me that only Love matters ❤️
A huge thanks to the author and to my angels for guiding me to this book.

I bought this title in an attempt to gain some insight into increasingly challenging and baffling personal relationships I was finding myself in. The promise sounded good as did the reviews on amazon but the more I read it the more put off I became by the preaching/prayer tone of the book, by the classification of partnerships into "levels" and "types" and finally I gave up reading completely when I came upon a scene where the author asked the readers to imagine the God high up in the sky and all the angels assembled in court to JUDGE if your soul should be granted a request to meet it's twin in this lifetime. It is precisely these kinds of unspoken beliefs about judgement by God and having to earn and justify our love that are responsible for the majority of relationship drama. A book that so openly perpetuates these beliefs in my opinion is not just rubbish, but is ultimately dangerous. My advice - do NOT read, or you will pick up more debilitating beliefs about love than you had before your read it.
