Firstly, this book is just so beautiful to look at. The illustrations are just perfect (had so many tattoo inspirational ideas from the illustrations) Secondly, the book is super informative! I learnt so much! I'm still not 100% which category of the Dosha I fit in to.
This book looks a variety of topics that come under the overall idea of Ayurveda, and it's something that has always fascinated me. After reading this book, I'm even more intrigued.
I urge anyone that is open to new spiritual practices to read this! Eye-opening!
