With good intent once again, the authors should’ve had a Registered Dietician or someone with culinary certifications revue the material. Some of the research used was poor quality, and easily deconstructed with a trained eye. I also believe she over relied on “pray it away” versus real hunger cures or very reasonable challenges to eating healthy. Side eye.. on the back half… maybe the next book gets better?

Good insights and daily action step. Appreciated the accountability aspect and I lost a few pounds while doing. Appreciated the scripture references some were mentioned in a different context than I’d heard previously. I will continue to put into practice.
