You don't have to be lonely even if you live all by yourself. There's plenty of friends who'll be happy to join you in your home. Start with a few ants. Find yourself a some stray dogs. No doubt there are homeless cats in your neighbourhood. Bees, worms, spiders, mice and more all get invited in so that our lonely man isn't lonely anymore.

A an alliterative rhyming counting book with colourful pics.

While I did like the simplicity of this book, I felt that the content lacked true substance. The positive with this book, however, was that it had 78 vocabulary words, ranging from simple sight words to more advanced words. One Glad Man stayed in the one to two syllable word range, which is a wonderful thing for rookie readers.
