This children's book follows Rebel, a ridiculously fast spotted cheetah who has been training hard with her partner Madi, to win the most epic race on all of Freedom Island. But then Rebel comes across the divisive ideology promoted by an older racer named Bella.

Bella convinces all the spotted cheetahs that the race is rigged against them, and it was rigged by the cheetahs with stripes. Will the racers let this flawed ideology divide them or will they overcome it to successfully race as one again?

A smooth and enjoyable quick read for a child, or an adult with children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, etc. Also a great tool to teach acceptance, honesty, tolerance, artwork, action-filled tale, a competition between contestants, distracting of competitors, and so much more. Illustrations fill the pages of this work. My book included the BRAVE Challenge Workbook & Games, Freedom Island Map Poster, Character & Flag Stickers for the Map, and a Top-Secret Letter. Purchased for a grandchild, but previewed first... reminded much of themes found throughout "The Twilight Zone" and the original "Star Trek" TV series - much needed in today's world.

A good message told through a fun story!
It reminded me of Dr. Suess' "Sneetches", though this one started with there being no discrimination instead of it already being there.

Stars or no stars. Stripes or spots. We're all important. When people try to poison us against each other, just because of how we look, we shouldn't listen.

Great for explaining how everyone is different but that doesn't mean we should hate or always blame others for our problems. If you are looking for a conservative Christian book for your kids or grandkids, it is a good choice.

My second Brave Books title and this one didn't disappoint!

With a remarkably reductive point of view, hard-to-follow storyline, and a desire to beat readers over their heads with the letters CRT, it is an absolute catastrophic piece of crap.

Save yourselves, folks.

My local libraries don't have these books so I have bought these on Amazon and then returned them immediately. Probably problematic, but how else am I going to read laughable garbage like this?
