In 1957 he graduated from the Faculty of Philology of the Turkmen State University. Gorky.
Since 1957 he was in charge of the department of literature and art of the editorial board of the republican pioneer newspaper "Mydam Tayyar". Since 1964 - chief editor of the State Publishing House of the TSSR.
In 1965 he joined the CPSU.
Since 1966 - editor of the newspaper "Mydam Tayyar" and the magazine "Pioneer". Since 1969 - head of the editorial board of the publishing house "Turkmenistan".
Began to publish in 1948.
