The second Palilia volume presents almost all antiquities donated to the Institute by members and patrons from 1829 onwards, and since then are kept in the Institute in Rome. It will be of interest for both archaeological research, offering Greco-Roman marbles, Etruscan sculptures, inscriptions and Egyptian material, as well as historico-cultural observations of the early years of the archaeological discipline and collecting activity.
