I liked the book and when I first finished was motivated to figure out a diet plan. However that quickly wore off as I struggled to form a realistic plan that encompassed what I needed. I’m sure if you count macros for awhile it would become easier. But after reading and reading-reading the end of the book many times, I still never felt confident enough to start. I moved onto other nutrition books.
