Intro discusses foods we shouldn't eat and those we should be eating. Basic concept of eating lean and green is also discussed and pros and cons of the plan are discussed. Suggestions for folliwng the plan are included. Each recipe starts with a title, very few have a picture to go along with recipe, prep cook times and servings. List of ingredients and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low sugar, low fat, low sodium and fresh vs. canned items. Some included serving suggestion or variations. Directions are given and some nutrional info: calories, fat NOT broken up into good or bad, sodium, carbs, fiber, sugar and protein, not sure of serving size. Apple crisp would be a favorite of mine to try, only 8 minutes in pressure cooker! Four weeks of meal planning and other suggestions in modifying them are included at the end. Found some really nutritous meals in this book! Conclusion by the author is included.
