Click 4 Book Boxed Set A Click Graphic Novel

A boxed set containing four graphic novels, Click, Camp, Act, and Clash,  from the New York Times  best-selling author-illustrator Kayla Miller!

Join Olive and all of her middle school besties as they navigate friendship, family, and fun!

In Click,  Olive “clicks” with everyone in the fifth grade, but a school variety show leaves Olive stranded without an act to join.

In Camp, Olive and Willow are off to have the best time at summer camp. But when Olive makes quick friends, Willow struggles to form connections and latches onto Olive, and it's more than Olive can handle—they may not even be friends by the time camp is over!

In  Act,  Olive starts a school-wide protest against field trip expenses while simultaneously running for student government against her friends Trent and Sawyer.

In  Clash, Olive tries to befriend the new girl, Nat, but it seems like the only thing they have in common is that they both want to hang out with Olive’s friends . . .

It is a solid graphic novel series for tweens. Nothing amazingly new - the same plot line as countless other graphic novels in the same genre. It is the type that needs to be in graphic novel form or else it would be 20 pages long.
One thing I did like is that the character who didn't like the main character didn't magically decide to be best friends - she stayed in character the whole series which is unusual in this kind of story.

I was really surprised getting into this series because it was not what I expected! It’s definitely geared towards younger audiences (elementary to middle school), but the lessons are positive examples. The plot isn’t difficult to follow through, which really lets you understand Olive as a character. Also, the true appeal is from the cute and poppy art style! It kept me so excited to read each book. ✨

I think the series is a great read overall. I’m excited to read the new book “Stuck”! 💗
