D.K. Holmberg has a great story and series. You should read this!
Gavin learns that sometimes you need more than yourself. His past, from former trainees,his trainer, Tristan has found that needing his friends at the Dragon to face the threats that surround the city of Yoran. This adventure shows how Gavin learns to trust others to help him in this set of stories. The Chain Breaker is one of those books you can't put down.

great story line and reading!
DK is a fabulous story teller, if sometimes a little repetitive in the character building sequence; still a super sticky and engaging read! Fabulous tier 1 author for sure and able to write amazing fantasy without leaning on epic wars ;)

What can I say ? I am hooked on this series, and am headed on to book 4 after I get some sleep. Good characters ,good world building, and an intriguing story line . Thank you D.K. Holmberg.

Enjoyed it
Great world building. Devin endured a lot to make him who he is, but discovers he must continue to learn and grow. Characters are in depth and believable. Mild swearing and violence (not graphic), and closed door sex. Complex mystery that Devin needs to unravel.
