If you're looking to quit smoking, I definitely recommend not only this book but all Chris Skoyles' videos on YouTube. Chris has a very natural, personable but firm approach to quitting smoking - and improving your life in general. He's not the hard sell that a lot of people in the self-improvement arena are, which is why I think he's a bit in the shadows compared to someone like, say, Tony Robbins - but this is what makes me like him. He comes across as totally genuine, not out to make a buck.
