Mr. Priest, now going by the name Razy, is under evil Lady Cavanaugh's control, or is he??? We'll find out when he is ordered to shoot former friend Luriele and wacky Mingchao. It seems Cavanaugh will stop at nothing to get at the zany Eto Gun. This volume, we also find out a new Eto Gun fact - why it will not always target when shot. The story has gotten more compelling with this volume, and my interest grew in Razy/Baskerville now that we have more information on his mysterious past.
