Realistic Overview

This author has provided a very realistic overview of the official Lean and Green program. But then gives you recipes you can follow on your own without paying anything extra.

Super recommended

I did the 21- day meal plan and most of the meals were delicious, my favorite was the Crunchy
Cauliflower Salad. I also feel more energetic and lightweight since I started eating this recipes. Super recommended
