Not a summary but a critical review
A summary should try to restate what was said in the book in an organized fashion, trying to make the points more succinctly. It should try to state the author’s point of view in a manner that tries to withhold judgments. This was a critical review that seems to make good points but doesn’t make any effort to summarize the important points in the book. (I read this summary but haven’t read Graeber’s book yet.)

Free but wasted time
This seems a jumbled, train of thought, mixed tense and unedited piece of work. The main thesis is that the actual book being referenced is fantasy, conjecture and - not sure.
