The universe feeds me information every day and being an avid reader, I loved this book because of its humble approach to persuade you into eating healthy. I am 60% there already when I started reading this book. Im never going to be 90% like Will would like, but I managed to change my diet and most of the foods in this book are a regular part of my daily routine. I love meat, dairy and PIZZA but I limit myself and then treat myself... Cheers Will, like you said in the book, everyone is different and I'm happily eating much better and smarter.
Definitely well worth the read if you are interested in the role fibre plays in overall health, and how you can increase your fibre intake each and every day. This book was certainly an eye-opener!
