Entertaining relationship listening 🎶🎧

This kindle e-book novella is from my Kindle Unlimited account book 3 of 6.

Kelly, Emily, Tom, and others continue with the plans to open a new restaurant in Cliffs Point. Jake and her have occasional dates. Then Tom asks her out and she accepts. Jake, Kelly, and Emily talk about the house and come to an agreement. Kelly finds out that a girlfriend is the woman who caused the divorce. Continued in book 4.

I would recommend this series and author to readers of romantic family and friends relationship adventure novels. 2024 👒😯🤗🏠

As the story goes on it’s getting better and better. I’m really enjoying the way the author is giving us a small story with a cliffhanger and the next book is not too long of a time to wait. We continue with Kelly and her friends trying to get the funds to start a restaurant. Then along comes Marina who is new to the area and befriends Kelly. Things start to get a little weird when Kelly receives phone calls but no one is there. Then she notices footprints on her front porch. Then the other thing on her mind is Jake asking if they are exclusive or dating others. Even though Kelly said dating others is okay, does she really feel that way? Then there is Thomas who she believes feels something about him that is comforting. I can hardly wait till book 4!

The fourth book of this series finds Kelly, Emily, and Tom struggling to find enough collateral for the bank loan on their proposed restaurant named Fresh. Jake finally admits to Emily what he did about purchasing her parent’s home and provides her with the deed. Kelly befriends Marina who is new to the region only to find she was the other woman in her marriage which resulted in her divorce. Tom becomes her emotional support after the revelation about Marina. This series keeps you guessing as who Kelly will select for her official boyfriend.

Book 3 has Kelly, Emily, Tom and Fiona putting together the final things together to purchase the restaurant. Lou, Kelly’s best friend pushes them over the top with her investment. Mariana is new to town and her and Kelly become friends. The group has hired Mariana to promote and advertise the grand opening now that they have a name. Jake and Kelly continue to date but Kelly also feels something towards Tom. But then mysterious things starts to happen at Kelly’s place, who is responsible and why? Can’t wait for the next book.

I loved this book and I am loving this storyline. Kelly and her friends are continuing with their plans to open a restaurant but a mysterious woman, Marina, arrives in Cliffs Point and we find out she did not just happen to stumble on Cliffs Point to make a new start. She has an ulterior motive. Jake is very cagey and I hope we find out the truth behind his sudden change in his relationship with Kelly. Cannot wait for the next book and I truly hope that Kelly and Tom begin a relationship.

Another intriguing installment
In this installment Kelly and her friends are trying to gather together the funds to start a new restaurant in town. Enter Marina, another newcomer, who befriends Kelly. Suddenly Kelly has started receiving phone calls with no one there and that is followed by footprints on her front porch. She is also seeing both Jake and Thomas. Can’t wait to find out what is going on and what happens next.

Kelly, Emily and Tom are trying hard to get the funds to start their restaurant, Fresh. Marina is new to the town and befriends the group, especially Kelly. Secrets are revealed as to who Marina really is. Kelly needs to decide on whether her feelings are headed more toward Jake or Tom. The characters and storyline are all in turmoil at this time, with so much up in the air. The drama, suspense, betrayal, secrets and romance keep the pages turning. Can not wait for the next section of the story.

Sage Parker's series just keeps getting better. Plans Continue for the new restaurant. Secret is explained, a new woman comes to town and Tom and Kelly go out to dinner. I love how the author builds her story. The characters are endearing and the plot flows seamlessly. Relatively short clean read, can be read in an afternoon.

The story develops. Kelly and Tom/Emily involve Fiona and proceed to investigate a joint business proposal. Finance is a key issue, borrowing money from bank not likely. Jake’s plans for Emily/Tom’s house… Then Marina appears… who is she? And is Jake really serious about Kelly? What a tangled web. Can the project get started? Have to wait for next episode!!

A series you're easily swept up in and can't stop turning the pages. The characters are realistic, easy to relate to and enjoyable to get to know. It flows smoothly through the pages and keeps you wanting more.

If you haven't read the previous books in the series, you'll want to read those before this one as each book is a segment of the story.

Secrets revealed, a mystery, and romance possibly hitting stumbling blocks graced the pages of book 3 and made it so interesting to read. I really liked Kelly's strong character with everything she had been through and continued to go through. I cannot wait to find out what will happen next in the series. It seems the restaurant may become a reality as Kelly continues to find a way to raise the money for her portion. A stranger has come to town who seems to be too interested in Kelly. These books are enjoyable. If had not been broken up into 5 very short books, Otherwise I would have given it 5 stars. It was annoying to me to get into to story and then “ please continue in the next book”
