Nice little guide. Especially for newcomers and people who're looking for an entry point into (rock/pop/touring) music biz, especially if you are UK-based.

This will not make you a musician or teach you how to compose songs. Sometimes it's brutal, sometimes a little naive. But it's a good eye-opener.
