Now in its 2 1st year, Miller's Collectables Price Guide is the only full colour, fully annual collectables price guide in the world.
Judith Miller and Mark Hill return to compile the guide that no dealer, collector or auctioneer should be without. Over 4,000 collectables are shown in full- colour with detailed descriptions and a current price range. Every image is changed each year to keep the book up to date with collecting and buying trends. Comprehensive sections cover advertising, books, ceramics, character collectables, dolls, film and television memorabilia, glass, Inuit art, kitchenalia, pens and writing equipment, plastics and Bakelite, posters, rock and pop, sporting memorabilia, teddy bears, toys and games, vintage fashion and wine and drinking accessories. This year, special sections focus on Czechoslovakian glass, studio pottery, West German ceramics and costume jewellery.
Special features explain why one piece is worth more than another and show how to value an item and teach you to be your own expert — it's the essential eBay companion! Biographies of designers and factories give the background information you need to help date and value objects.
Whether you're buying or selling this is the book you need every year. --front flap
