Easy read and great perspective!

Unsurprisingly, many companies think they know what agile/scrum is but execute the framework flippantly. Angela gives specific examples of how colleagues misuse scrum terms and how young scrum masters completely overlook the essence of their role - to champion scrum values and influence people towards behavioral changes. I appreciated her case studies and consistent reminder on scrum values and agile principles that related to specific scenarios.
