Overall ok. Getting a little outdated. Don't drink unfiltered water even if you get it from the middle of a pristine lake.

Excellent info about canoe tripping in the Boundary Waters Canoe Area of Minnesota & Quetico Park of Canada. Good recipe ideas, packing tips, choosing gear, etc. A classic!
