I think it's the best book - most comprehensive, most entire - that I've ever written. The best I can possibly do ...

Me, me, me, me. White entitled rich garden owners speaking for hours of what they feel when they hear birds chanting? I understand it’s a tree but books are for learning, not for validating narcissism as introspection. I wanted to learn about Hod because I can’t understand it, I thought a non traditional woman’s voice might help enlighten my confusion, I’m in the same confusion because I mostly skimmed waiting for the self ranting to stop and it didn’t. Speaking of eternity, those are minutes I’m never getting back. If you know Kabbalah don’t even bother, you’ll want to jump from the next window. If you don’t and think some wellness guru that flies around the world joyfully increasing her carbon print for all of us be more hot, by all means… no I can’t even say that, avoid by all means giving it a try.

A gushing love letter to Kabbalah, full of wonder and joy, Falling Through the Tree of Life invites the reader into a full-body, full-sensory, ecstatic experience of living in, around, and through the Tree. Jane Meredith meets the reader not as a lecturer, but as a guide, pointing out signposts while inviting the reader to chart their own, unique, embodied understanding of the Tree through art, ritual, and trance. With multiple ways to engage with the material, including reading chapters in whatever order suits the reader, this work meets the reader exactly where they are and lets them choose their own path, while weaving in the author's lived experiences with the Tree of Life. I'll be returning to this book again and again as I deepen my work with the Tree.

this is truly a beautiful tome on the Kabbalah, and I would recommend it to anyone whether they are beginning their relationship with the Kabbalah or whether they already an adept and are seeking to deepen their understanding and practise with the Kabbalah.

In my experience, the Kabbalah can be very heady to engage with, a very cerebral experience. Here however Jane Meredith expertly blends her own unique narrative voice, with practical embodied exercises to integrate the lessons of the Kabbalah into our bodies and life, with information about each Sephorah and sharings from her own (at times heartbreaking and heart opening) journey through the Tree - and life.

I love this book so much. I learn so much from it each time I read it. I hope every other reader does too

If you want to begin, or extend, your understanding of Kabbalah and the Tree of Life, then this is a great resource. I've adopted this book as my bible for entering, and engaging with, and beginning to understand this complex tradition and body of knowledge. Jane Meredith has a talent for taking complex and ethereal notions and making them accessible and tangible. The exercises in the book assist in taking these to a deeper level. I appreciated the author's reverence for a significant wisdom tradition combined with a playful approach to find ways to inhabit and embody the Tree of Life.
Thank you Jane Meredith for your generosity of heart and soul and intellect poured out and onto the pages.

Practical, personal and poetic, this book is not just a source of information about the kabbalah but an invitation into the tree itself, to weave its wisdom into the living of life. It’s an invitation to do and try and experiment, as well as a deeply personal glimpse into Jane Meredith’s own travels through the tree. Highly recommend both for those new to Kabbalah, and as a new way to approach the tree for those familiar with it.

Such an expansive exploration of the Kabbalah! I love Jane Meredith's approach that offers many avenues into the work. There were so many different exercises to invite you in and helped deepen my understanding of the mystery. This is a tool to embody the Kabbalah, not just study or read about it, but truly engage with it as a living mystery supporting your life.
