I received this book free to provide an honest review. This book is a great guide. There are some men who are introverts, and this book teaches some skills to not be afraid to approach women & meet the challenges head-on. The authors created a balance between being realistic and at the same time being respectful of women’s wishes while dealing with the rejections that shy guys face. They talk about how to become a better version of yourself internally & externally while practicing mental toughness. It’s not about looks; it is about how to spike emotions when you talk to a woman. This is a great book to prepare you for dating, that you don’t have to experience each of the mistakes, they provide great guidance on what to do in each step of the different scenarios. If you’re looking for a guide for improving your dating life, this is a fun book to pick.
For men ('beginners') who are seeking to gain skills and build their confidence with women, this is a fairly good read. Quite short but gets to the point.
