Burton gathers some valuable insights in this book. As it draws from essays and speeches that he has given over the last few decades, it is sometimes repetitive, and the solutions he presents to problems facing Mormons with religious questions and doubts are perhaps best fit to people with doubts much like his own. But the insights he's gained from many years of counseling in LDS Family Services and other places are excellent, and not just for people with conscious doubts and misgivings.
