Incredible read! This book should be read by everyone in the chauffeur business. It is well written from someone who has not only been in the business, but has created, nurtured and grown a business in this industry to be extremely successful. You'll see things you've done well in this business (like him), but the biggest takeaway is what you are NOT doing to grow and nurture your business. I am a better chauffeur because I read this book and now that I've started my own company, I have a great example to follow!
