great resource for those with personality disorders
Someone with BPD I have a problem with constantly attracting narcissist in every type of relationship. Learning nonattachment has been the most healing form of releasing codependency for me. Had I had this book earlier on in my healing journey, it would’ve been a huge asset.
This led to great discussion in a group. It definitely needed the help of an editor. While I appreciate that he is sharing his opinion and insight based on his experience as a therapist, I wish it would have been a bit more scholastic.
